Memela Covarrubias es de esos lugares que no necesitan marketing porque el producto habla solo. Aquí las memelas están buenas, así de simple y así de claro. Bien hechas, bien servidas y con ese sabor casero que no se improvisa. La base —que es donde muchos fallan— está en su punto: masa bien cocida, doradita por fuera, suave por dentro, sin quedar seca ni chiclosita. El asiento y los frijoles tienen sabor real, no diluido, y se nota que hay mano y constancia detrás. Los ingredientes cumplen: frescos, bien balanceados y sin exageraciones raras. Es un lugar directo, sin poses. No intenta reinventar la memela ni volverse “gourmet” a la fuerza. Aquí vienes a comer antojito mexicano bien hecho, de esos que sí llenan y sí satisfacen. La relación calidad-precio es justa, y sales con la sensación correcta: comiste bien, punto. El ambiente es sencillo y funcional, como debe ser. Ideal para desayuno tardío, comida casual o cuando traes antojo serio y no quieres fallar. Es el tipo de lugar que se vuelve recurrente, no de visita única. En resumen: Memela Covarrubias hace honor a lo que vende. Memelas buenas, bien hechas y sin cuento. A veces eso es todo lo que se necesita… y aquí lo tienen claro.

Delicioso!! Super recomendable, un poco tardado ya que todo lo hacen en el momento. Los platillos son abundantes.
